Colt model 1877 Thunderer, .41 ca. double action revolver, called storekeeper model, shopkeeper model or sheriffs model , 3” bbl. It is fully functional. Original gutta percha stocks with a small chip out of the heel. All numbers match. Date of manufacture is 1888. This beautiful 136 year old Colt is NOT being sold as a shooter. The round is obsolete. This revolver is strictly a collector item for the discerning Colt collector.
